- 2 Nos Banana
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (Optional)
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract / essence (Optional)
- 3 Cubes Ice (Optional)
- Cut both the Bananas into slices and freeze it for about 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, add the frozen bananas and all the above ingredients into a Blender.
- Blend until you get the desired consistency.
- You can also add additional flavors of your choice.
- Once blended, serve and consume immediately. 🙂
