Banana Smoothie

A foodie and still want to keep your diet in check? Then Banana Smoothie should be your Go-to!!

  • Blender


  • 2 Nos Banana
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter (Optional)
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract / essence (Optional)
  • 3 Cubes Ice (Optional)


  • Cut both the Bananas into slices and freeze it for about 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, add the frozen bananas and all the above ingredients into a Blender.
  • Blend until you get the desired consistency.
  • You can also add additional flavors of your choice.
  • Once blended, serve and consume immediately. 🙂
