Ingredients
Hero Ingredients :
- 20 cube cut pieces Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- 1 big Capsicum (diced)
- 1 big Onion (diced)
For Marination Paste :
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder (Jeera)
- 1/2 tbsp Mixed Spices Powder (Garam Masala)
- 1/2 tbsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
- 1/2 tbsp Chili Flakes
- 1 tbsp Oil (Olive oil or whatever available with you)
- 1/2 tbsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 1 tbsp East Indian Bottle Masala / Mangalorean Bafat Masala / Paneer Masala / Meat Masala (any 1 – whatever available with you)
- Water (as per consistency to form semi-thick paste)
For Frying :
- 1 tbsp Oil (Olive oil or whatever available with you)
- 1 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)
Notes
- Put all the ingredients mentioned in the Marination Paste category in a Mixing Bowl.
- Add Water as per consistency. We need a semi-thick paste.
- Put the Paneer cubes, diced Capsicum and Onion.
- Mix well and keep the Marination for 30 minutes.
- Post 30 minutes – Add the Oil & Ghee in a pan, let it heat for about a minute.
- Then add all the marinated ingredients.
- Toss and fry at regular intervals for about 7 to 8 minutes on low flame.
- Once cooked, Serve it along with your Main Course & Relish.
