Notes
1.Chicken/Veg Burger Patty Mixture :
Combine the above mentioned ingredients in both Categories (chicken/veg) respectively : 1)For Chicken Burger Patties & 2)For Veg Burger Patties.
Smash and mix until well combined.
2.Prepare the Patty Coating :
For Chicken Patty : Break 2 eggs, add a pinch of salt and beat it. Layer out the Bread Crumbs or Rawa in a plate.
For Veg Patty : Add the Counflour and Maida in a bowl, then a pinch of salt and water to make it a semi-thin paste. Layer out the Bread Crumbs or Rawa in a plate.
3.Making the Burger Patty :
Take a handful of the mixture made in the first step (chicken/veg), mould it to form the shape of a Patty, depending upon the size of the Burger Buns.
Then dip the Patty into the Coating prepared in the second step (non veg/veg). After dipping, coat a thin layer of the Bread Crumbs or Rawa on the Burger Patty.
Shallow fry until golden brown to give it a Crispy texture.
4.Layering the Burger :
Cut the Burger Buns into half, apply a thin layer of Mayonnaise on the bottom half.
Add the sliced Lettuce/Cabbage, then put in a Cheese Slice.
Next add the sliced Tomatoes, then place your Fried Burger Patty and apply Tomato Ketchup.
Add the sliced Onions, again apply a thin layer of Mayonnaise on the upper half of the Bun and close the Burger.
Optional :
I generally fry the Burger top/bottom a little on the Pan to give it a Crunch, but it is completely optional.
Serve & Relish !!
