Pink Sauce Veg Spaghetti

This is my Guilty Pleasure !! Quick Blend of Tasty Sauce and Spaghetti will definitely make your Day !! Try it out 🙂

Hero Ingredient :

  • 500 grams Spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp Oil (olive or any other)
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • Water

Red Sauce Ingredients :

  • 2 Medium Tomatoes (Boiled)
  • 2 Medium Onions (Diced)
  • 2 Capsicum – Green/Yellow (Diced)
  • Add any other Veggies of your choice (Medium cut or Diced)
  • 3 tbsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tbsp Oil (olive or any other)
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Salt as per Taste

White Sauce Ingredients :

  • 2.5 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Maida (All purpose flour)
  • 1.5 cup Milk (room temperature)
  • 2 Cheese Slice or Cubes
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper Powder
  • Salt as per Taste
  • Water as per Thickness


– Take a Kadaai and fill it half with Water. Let it boil.
– Then add Salt and Oil as mentioned in the Hero Ingredients above. Add the Spaghetti and let it Boil..
Preparing the Red Sauce :
– Take a Round bottomed Pan, add oil. Then add diced Onions & Ginger garlic paste. Let it fry until the raw smell of the paste goes.
– Grind the boiled Tomatoes making it a semi-thick paste. Add it to the Pan, give it a good mix.
– Now add the Capsicum and Veggies of your choice. Put in the Chili flakes & Powder, Pepper Powder & Oregano.
– Mix well and fry until the veggies are cooked.
– Add water as per consistency. We need a Semi Thick paste.
Preparing the White Sauce :
– Take a Bowl and keep it on low flame.
– Add Butter. Once melted, add Maida and continuously stir.
– Then put in the Milk. Keep stirring until the raw milk smell is taken away.
– Add Cheese, Pepper Powder and Salt as per Taste.
– In case the mixture is too thick add little water as per consistency.
Now Mix the White Sauce into the Red Sauce :
–  This is how your Pink Sauce should look like. (Semi Thick)
– Now Add the Boiled Spaghetti to this Sauce and Indulge!!
Quick Tips :
Make sure to keep a check on the Salt, since its added in all three steps.
While making the White Sauce, continuously stirring is a must or else the Sauce will burn at the bottom.
Do not make the Paste too thick, as mixing the Spaghetti will be difficult and it won’t be able to take in all the flavours.
